Yuexiu Property Company Limited(00123.HK) was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1992, and is a MSCI China Index stock. It received the “Hong Kong Outstanding Listed Enterprises” award for three consecutive years from 2011 to 2013 and an investment grade rating from Fitch and Moody’s, becoming one of the only four domestic real estate stocks that have been investment-grade-rated by two international rating agencies.
